Kangoo Jumps class
The Kangoo Jumps class consists during the first 10 minutes in a muscular warm-up wearing the shoes. followed by 20 minutes of medium/high intensity cardio activity (kangoo Dance), 5 minutes of exercises on the ground and 10 minutes of relaxation.

Kitesurfing Class
IKO training involves the use of very innovative methods which consist in subjecting the student to the maximum experimentation of his mistakes.
A very simplified technical language is adopted in the first phase, thus bringing the student in the shortest possible time to understand and test the basic elements that make up the sport. The aim is to achieve a level of autonomy such as to become an independent and aware kiter of one's actions.
